Why "Be Strong And Love Yourself"?

LOVE = LIBERATION

The first noble truth of Buddhism is the existence of suffering. There is no person without any problem. It is impossible to get everything you want in life, it is impossible to get rid of death, impossible to avoid aversion. There are some things that we need to accept, sometimes through the pain. It is much easier to accept the difficulties if you are honest with yourself, that is why I like this first noble truth so much! If you like to think about it from scientific point of view, like evolution and natural selection, this suffering makes sense. If our pleasures lasted forever since the moment we got them we wouldn't try new things, wouldn't develop our potential, and in the end of the day wouldn't survive. Nature, Universe, or God gave everyone some gift that we need to work on. And developing your potential is the key to the joyful life. Let's be honest, we will never be able to get rid of all the suffering and unpleasant sensations, will never be able get everything we want. But if you are able to find your gift, your purpose, your meaning in life, you can overcome all the obstacles and remain peaceful!
That is why it is so important to love yourself, to pay attention to what you like, what your heart is whispering. Heart's voice is usually very quiet and it is not so easy to listen to it especially in the environment of informational craziness as we are having nowadays.
You have your gift, don't keep it wrapped, open it and show it to the world. This way you will get the meaning which can heal you from any suffering. I like the quote by Friedrich Nietzsche - “If you know the why, you can live any how.” Sometimes it takes efforts and time to find the answer to the question "Why?" but if you keep looking you can do it! I will try my best to help you by sharing my knowledge and positivity, but in the end of the day it all depends on you!
Be Strong and Love Yourself!
